Mr. Fairly treated me thoroughly and listened carefully to my symptoms. He seems more than knowledgeable and comes across as someone who continuously research and learn to improve his knowledge and treatment. He is kind, gentle, honest and understanding and his wife, who works with him is just as wonderful. I wish there were more professionals that took the time to really listen and help patients like Mr. Fairly. I would recommend him to anyone who has small children or for themselves as he treats everybody like they matter.

Mr Fairley is courteous with an ability to put patients at their ease. Explains well, conveys an absolute love of what he does without being dominant or powerful thus enabling trust. His concern that the patient is relaxed and can be confident in his abiltiy to solve their ENT problems is evident throughout any consultation. Also, I would add that his administrative office is friendly and extremely efficient. In any dealings with either Mr Fairley or his office one feels cared about.

I am so pleased we have found Mr Fairley, he has been caring for my husband for the last 10 years and now my 5yr old daughter. Mr Fairley has the wonderful ability to explain things, to tailor the information in away that you will understand. We have never felt silly or intimated to ask 'silly questions'. Mr Fairley has made my daughter feel safe and secure and I can not recommend him enough, my daughter who was once frightened to detach herself from her parents now parades through his door like she is visiting a friend, sometimes with a lolly or a drawing for him. When delivering news that you may not want to hear, he has a positive way that calms your anxieties, you trust that Mr Fairley will look after your loved ones as if they were his. I hope retirement is a long way off...
